Advisers/chaperones should maintain parental permission forms and medical forms for all students in your care\, following the field trip policies of your school. \n\n\n\nAdvisers\, please note:\n\n\n\nPlease register your students as a group and do not allow students to individually fill out the registration form. The MIPA office can assist you in adding registrations if you have already placed an order. \n\n\n\nStudent name and email fields are optional \n\n\n\nIf your students are paying separately to attend the conference\, we ask that you collect those payments and make one single payment to MIPA to streamline the registration and check-in process for our attendees. \n\n\n\nWe greatly appreciate payment in advance to speed check-in and reduce the amount of money our team handles at the event. \n\n\n\nFor payments by credit card\, check\, purchase order or cash (at the door)\, please register using the below options. You will be automatically sent an invoice or confirmation to the email you use while registering. \n\n\n\nSelecting the invoice payment option at checkout would allow your business office to pay this bill in a separate transaction – either online with a credit card or via check – without the need to log in. \n\n\n\nMIPA will provide parking for school groups as follows: Parking for 1 motorcoach or 1 school bus (schools that fill more than 1 bus with attendees may request additional parking by contacting the MIPA office) or 1 passenger car/van per 7 registrations\, up to 7 parking vouchers. You are responsible for additional parking needs beyond these amounts. Individuals not traveling in a school group are responsible for their own parking. Please request parking at the time of registration. \n\n\n\nRegistration Deadline: Online registration will close at 5 p.m. the day before the event — or when we reach our event capacity\, whichever comes first. Registrations may be made at the door as long as we have event capacity. \n\n\n\nCancellations & Refunds: Cancellations for student\, chaperone or general admission registrations must be received 24 hours prior to the start of our program to receive a refund. Cancellations for adviser luncheon registrations must be received by 5 p.m. Sept. 30 to receive a full refund.
