A refundable deposit of $25 to hold your place in your preferred class for the MIPA Summer Journalism Workshop. (You do not need to pay this deposit if you’ve made any other payment of at least this amount toward your workshop registration.)

Please make sure that you have completed the registration form for the workshop (this must be done in a separate transaction from this deposit), along with your scholarship application.

Description

The $25 refundable deposit holds your place in the workshop course of your choice until scholarships are decided (some courses otherwise may fill up by that time).

The deposit will be refunded to you if you receive a full scholarship or if you choose not to attend the workshop and let us know by June 30.

It will be kept as a down payment on your registration fee if you do not receive a scholarship and still wish to attend the workshop or if you fail to let us know if you are coming by June 30.
