The Michigan Interscholastic Press Association today announced the winners of the 2023 MIPA Film Challenge.
Students were given two weeks to create a fictional short film no longer than 5 minutes that fit the theme “Life without cellphones.” Films had to include a party blower/party horn and a character had to say, “Hey, are you going to the Taylor Swift concert?” at some point in the film.
Entries were judged by a panel of MIPA member advisers.
