If your program needs financial assistance to participate in MIPA’s Fall Conference, we may be able to help. We’ve established a support fund to help us offer reduced price or free access to this and other MIPA programs.
The Fall Conference Student Support Fund can help individual students in financial need or programs that don’t otherwise have funding to participate.
This program is funded entirely by donations to MIPA.
The Fall Conference Student Support Fund is designed to help students or programs in need offset fees to MIPA to participate in our activities. Funds typically are not available to cover costs for transportation or substitute teachers.
How to get assistance
If you need assistance to participate in this or other MIPA programs, please send an email to Executive Director Jeremy Steele at jws@mipamsu.org to inquire about our financial aid programs. Provide an overview of your program’s financial status, including budget provided by your school, revenue generated by the media program and available balances in any account. Be prepared to discuss how much your school, program and/or individual students can contribute toward your MIPA activities.
We may not be able to assist everyone who applies for help. Decisions to offer assistance are made on a rolling basis.
