Please review our event policies. It is understood that by the act of registering students for an event, advisers assume responsibility for their students’ behavior and well-being during a MIPA activity. Advisers/chaperones should maintain parental permission forms and medical forms for all students in your care, following the field trip policies of your school.
Please register your students as a group and do not allow students to individually fill out the registration form. The MIPA office can assist you in adding registrations if you have already placed an order.
Student name and email fields are optional
If your students are paying separately to attend the conference, we ask that you collect those payments and make one single payment to MIPA to streamline the registration and check-in process for our attendees.
We greatly appreciate payment in advance to speed check-in and reduce the amount of money our team handles at the event.
For payments by credit card, check, purchase order or cash (at the door), please register using the below options. You will be automatically sent an invoice or confirmation to the email you use while registering.
Selecting the invoice payment option at checkout would allow your business office to pay this bill in a separate transaction – either online with a credit card or via check – without the need to log in.
Online registration will close at 5 p.m. the day before the event — or when we reach our event capacity, whichever comes first. Registrations may be made at the door as long as we have event capacity.
MIPA and MSU are committed to providing equal opportunity for participation in all programs, services and activities.
Accommodations for persons with disabilities may be requested by contacting Jeremy Steele, MIPA executive director, at 517-353-6761 or ask@mipamsu.org at least 10 business days prior to the start of our program so that we have time to make necessary arrangements. Requests received after this date will be honored whenever possible. More information about disability inclusion services at MSU can be found at https://www.rcpd.msu.edu/services/accommodations.
Professional aids and chaperones providing assistance to students with special needs do not need to pay registration fees.
Advisers: Please let us know if you have any dietary issues or concerns with luncheon items.
