MIPA’s annual membership meeting, which normally occurs during the adviser luncheon at the Spring Awards event, instead will take place via Zoom video conference at 9:30 a.m. April 20. Member advisers will receive information via email on how to join this meeting via web video or phone.
MIPA’s bylaws and state law requires the organization to hold an annual meeting. At the meeting, MIPA’s leaders will update members about the organization’s activities.
Our Officer Recruitment Committee, chaired by Kaitlin Edgerton, also will present candidates for MIPA’s board. Three positions are up for election. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at that time.
As occurred last year, elections for these board offices will take place via electronic ballot during a 20-day period following the annual meeting.
