Through the generosity of donors, MIPA has established member support funds to help programs pay for their participation in MIPA activities. These funds are designed to assist programs in short-term financial distress that otherwise may not able to afford to pay MIPA activity fees.
Fall Conference Student Support Fund
Individual students or advisers may apply for financial assistance to offset the cost of registration fees for a single student or multiple students to attend the MIPA Fall Conference. At this time, we are unable to assist with transportation costs. Funds are awarded based on financial need. Application coming soon
MIPA Member Support Fund
Programs facing financial challenges may apply for a MIPA Member Support Fund grant to pay for MIPA membership, contest entry fees, critique fees or other eligible MIPA activity. Funds are limited. Media programs may not receive more than one grant every three years.
