Reach the state’s largest single audience of scholastic journalism students and their teachers by being a sponsor and/or exhibitor at MIPA’s Fall Conference.

Hundreds of high school (and some middle school) students and their advisers attend MIPA’s signature event, the fall conference.

Sponsor Opportunities

Sponsorship is a key way to ensure a strong presence at the convention beyond our exhibitor booths or college fair. All sponsor proceeds are used to fund All-MIPA scholarships for outstanding graduating seniors, MIPA Summer Journalism Workshop scholarships and scholarships for advisers seeking professional development opportunities. All sponsors will be recognized in various event materials.

MIPA reserves the right to reject any sponsor content that does not meet our standards.

Sponsor packages include a variety of benefits. Click the options below to learn more and reserve your spot. In addition to the named benefit, most sponsor packages include:

• 1 6-foot table in our vendor/exhibitor area
• Meal tickets to our adviser luncheon
• Event parking (via parking validation)
• Organization, company or service name and/or logo included in sponsor area of MIPA website
• Opportunity to distribute information to advisers via MIPA
• Logo on convention website and on-site signage
• MIPA Associate Membership

Spartan Level: $1,000 and up

A Gold-Level Sponsorship Package may be reserved for $1,000 more, which includes the below items and the opportunity to discuss additional benefits. Opportunities include a custom mixture of the benefits listed below, named scholarship for a student to attend the MIPA Summer Journalism Workshop and more. Gold-Level Sponsorship Package: $750
